We are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to join our Energy & Resources division. In this role, you will support key stakeholders and coordinate operational activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project works and scheduled maintenance in line with contract requirements.
  • This role involves regular travel to client sites within the Sydney region on certain days of the week.
  • Manage customer expectations with clear, timely communication.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
  • Resolve operational issues and oversee contractor processes.
  • Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and forecasting.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure HSEQ standards are met.


Qualifications & Experience (desirable):

  • Certificate III in Business Administration, Project Management, or related discipline.
  • Previous experience in project coordination or customer service roles.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business applications.
